A Spooktacular Ghostly Visit

Our Annual Ghostly Visit brought creatures and families alike to Wesleyville for an evening of fun and fright. From roasted marshmallows and a spirited fortune teller to the screams echoing from our haunted forest, it was truly a night to remember. Thank you to our volunteers for making it all happen, and to our visitors for bringing the magic with them!

We take great care of the trees at Wesleyville Village. So much so that every now and then, one of them escapes the forest and joins the festivities. That’s exactly what happened at this year's Ghostly Visit, but thankfully it was the perfect night for a little forest magic and mischief. We do hope you'll join us in 2026 as we welcome our friendly ghosts again!

Wesleyville Heritage Village is situated on the Michi Saagig Anishinaabeg traditional territory covered by the Williams Treaties, specifically the Gunshot Treaty signed by the Mississauga First Nations of Alderville, Curve Lake, Hiawatha and Scugog Island. We express gratitude towards the Indigenous peoples who have and will continue to steward these lands and waters. We pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging. We dedicate ourselves to moving forward in the spirit of partnership, collaboration, and reconciliation, as we contemplate the possibilities that lie ahead. Our commitment is to listen, learn, and establish meaningful relationships with our Indigenous sector colleagues, and take actions that advance reconciliation. We do so by recognizing the past and working towards a shared future.
