ree

Rediscover the simple joy of summer evenings spent outdoors with friends, enjoying live music in the open air. Bring a lawn chair and settle in front of the schoolhouse for an evening of music from a variety of genres — perfect for singing along, tapping your feet, or catching up with neighbours.

These free, family-friendly concerts are open to all — come by for a song or stay for the whole evening! Bring your own chair, refreshments, and bug spray. Please dress according to the weather: the event will move indoors in case of rain.

June 18: Stories and songs of Canada with Lloyd Johnson & Warren Tate

June 25: Country Music with Angie Robinson Austin & Winnie Finney

July 2: Country Music with singer-songwriter Dave Chown

July 9: Stonehill Fiddlers

July 16: Melodies from the Silver Screen with Clara Capkun

July 23: Classic Rock, Blues, Country, and R&B with Eric Lambier

July 30 : Folk Music with Bev and Ewanna

The concerts are free, but donations are always welcome in support of Wesleyville Heritage Village!

Wesleyville Heritage Village is situated on the Michi Saagig Anishinaabeg traditional territory covered by the Williams Treaties, specifically the Gunshot Treaty signed by the Mississauga First Nations of Alderville, Curve Lake, Hiawatha and Scugog Island. We express gratitude towards the Indigenous peoples who have and will continue to steward these lands and waters. We pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging. We dedicate ourselves to moving forward in the spirit of partnership, collaboration, and reconciliation, as we contemplate the possibilities that lie ahead. Our commitment is to listen, learn, and establish meaningful relationships with our Indigenous sector colleagues, and take actions that advance reconciliation. We do so by recognizing the past and working towards a shared future.
